The island of HÄRNÖN, HIGH COAST
2 days with accommodation
Welcome to a walking holiday on the island of Härnön in the High Coast, with two comfortable nights in Lotsstugan villa booked exclusively for your group. In addition to two days of guided walking, all meals are included as is our sauna, and you also have the possibility of booking our hottub and massage (not included in the price). Make the most of the situation this summer – have a stay-cation in the High Coast.
Day 1
Check in at Lotsstugan at 12.30, lunch is served at 13.00. At 15.00 we will take a relaxed walk in the villa’s surrounds, exploring the area and how it has changed from the ice age to the current day. Your guide will show you how the landscape has been formed by ice, water and people. Once back at Lotsstugan, dinner will be served at 18.00. Alcoholic drinks are available for purchase, all other drinks are included.
Day 2
Full day walk! Breakfast will be served at Lotsstugan between 08.00 and 09.00. Pack your backpack with lunch and snacks and be ready to depart at 10.00. We will explore the eastern coast of the island and visit Smitingen Nature Reserve where we will explore the rocky shoreline, mountains, sandy beaches, cobble fields, limestone stacks and onion-shaped tunnel caves. Weather will help decide where lunch and snacks are enjoyed and there are toilets along the way. You can decide how challenging you want your hike to be together with your guide – the priority is for you to see as much as possible without anyone getting blisters! Return to Lotsstugan by 16.00 where the sauna will be lovely and warm waiting for you. Dinner is served at 18.00 and the evening is open for more time in the sauna, hottub (extra cost) or other activities.
Day 3
Breakfast is served between 08.00 and 09.00. Check out before 11.00.

7–20. Lotsstugan has 11 rooms.
Cost:
SEK 4,200 per person including accommodation, all meals, sauna and guided walks on day 1 and day 2. Härnösand is easily accessible by car, bus or train. Transfer is included for those who need it.
Children under 12: SEK 2 000
Availability:
This package is available with check in on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, or Saturdays.
Periods:
May 11 – June 17 and August 15 – October 28.
Härnösand can be easily reached by car, bus or train. Transfer is included for those who need. Lotsstugan is located about 15 minutes by car from the center of Härnösand.

Hemsön Island
3 days with accommodation (half day with guide)
Guided tours on Hemsön with Kustvandrarna and accommodation. 3 days 2 nights. Choose between different types of hikes.
Tours to choose from:
- Hemsön from the year 1721 to the 1960s. War and peace.
- Hemsön’s tracks in the nature of the ice and sea waves and more.
- Family walk: content based on the age of the children.
Content to choose from: Nature trails, beaver reconnaissance, the water source from the underground, we may meet the MOOSE, onion cave visits, berry picking,
treasure hunt, we climb a mountain top, brook race / Winnie the Pooh stick competition and
forest games.

3-4 (Sågsand Cabin) or 1-2 (Utanö Cabin).
Cost:
2 600 SEK per group. Including accommodation and guided tour (half day). Choose from the tours above.
Period:

To Hemsön you take a road ferry that runs every half hour. It’s free. You can take a bus to Hemsön from Härnösand. Bus 518.
Buses to the ferry only run on weekdays and 5-6 trips during the day. On Hemsön, bus 519 runs twice a day on weekdays. At 10 o’clock and 16 o’clock.
